Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Australia & New Zealand: 5 to 30 business days.

 

International Shipping (Shipping to Australia & New Zealand only)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. OWNED BY GOD is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@ownedbygod.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Unclaimed or Returned Orders

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because the receiver was not known at the delivery location, we will attempt to contact the customer by email. If there is no response within 14 days, the item may be restocked, and the order considered closed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order needs to be reshipped, additional postage fees may apply.
