Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping within Australia and New Zealand?

Yes! We provide free shipping within Australia for orders over $150 AUD and to New Zealand for orders over $165 NZD.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, and the USA. If you’re located elsewhere and interested in our products, feel free to reach out to us!

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Because we make our products on demand to reduce overproduction, our orders take a bit longer to be delivered. Depending on the product, delivery times range from 3 to 20 business days. We appreciate your patience and support in making more sustainable choices!

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this information to monitor your shipment's progress.

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe?

Do you offer express shipping options?

At the moment, we don’t offer express shipping, but we are actively working on ways to make our shipping faster. Stay tuned for updates!

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order. The total shipping fee will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalise your purchase.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at support@ownedbygod.com.au as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn't been dispatched yet.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Are there any customs duties or taxes for international orders?

As we are currently shipping only to Australia, New Zealand, and the USA, all costs are covered, and there are no additional customs duties or taxes for our customers.

How do your sizes run?

Our products follow standard sizing, but we recommend checking our size guide on each product page for the best fit. If you're between sizes, sizing up is usually a good option.

What materials are your products made from?

We use high-quality cotton, cotton blends, and eco-friendly fabrics for comfort and durability. Specific materials are listed on each product page.

How should I care for my clothing?

For the best longevity, wash in cold water, use mild detergent, and air-dry. Avoid high heat to keep the fabric and prints looking fresh.

Are your products sold in stores?

No, we are an online-only business, which allows us to offer exclusive designs and produce items on demand to reduce overproduction.

Are your products ethically made?

Yes! We are committed to ethical sourcing and responsible production to minimise waste and ensure fair labor practices.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at support@ownedbygod.com.au with your order number and details. We'll provide instructions on how to proceed.

Are there any items that cannot be returned or exchanged?

Yes, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom products, sale items, or gift cards.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes! For damaged or defective products, we offer a free replacement or refund with photo proof provided within 30 days after delivery.

For change of mind returns, the item must be returned at the customer's expense. Once we receive the returned item, we will review it and approve the refund if it meets our return conditions.

Who covers the shipping costs for returns?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. Mistakes on our part include:

Wrong item shipped: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong size, color, or style).

Damaged or defective product: If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, even if it wasn’t visible when shipped.

Missing items: If part of your order is missing or incorrect.

Incorrect labeling or product description: If there was an error in product details or labeling that caused you to receive the wrong item.

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or a refund.

Do you store my payment information?

We do not store your full payment details. For your security, we utilise reputable payment processors who handle and securely store your payment information.

How do I use a discount code?

At checkout, you’ll see an option to enter a discount code. Simply enter the code in the designated field, and the discount will be applied to your order.

I forgot to use my discount code—can you still apply it?

If you forget to use your discount code, don’t worry! Contact us as soon as possible, and we will apply it for you if the order hasn’t been processed yet. Please note that discount codes are subject to their terms and conditions, and we can only apply them if they align with those terms.

I need to cancel or change my order!

We understand—life happens! If you need to cancel or change your order, please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL. We’ll do our absolute best to make the changes. However, once your order is shipped, you'll need to follow our returns process.

As we work hard to get your orders to you quickly, sometimes the order will be processed before we have the chance to make adjustments. So please double-check your order before submitting to avoid needing any changes!

Where are you located?

We are based in Melbourne, Australia, and we’re an online-only business. All products are made on demand and shipped directly to you from our production partners. Please note, we do not have a physical store or warehouse, so in-person collections aren’t available.
